A CZ-USA employee named Dave Miller recently broke the Guinness World Record for breaking the most clay targets in an hour. His shotgun was fired from his hip and a steady stream clay targets were thrown at him. The target break rate was almost one per second, which made it even more impressive. How To

How to hunt wild hogs

Wild hogs are large animals found in North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Wild hogs eat both vegetation and small animals, such as birds, fish, mice, rabbits and mice. They usually eat at nights. One piglet is born after the gestation period of approximately six months. A sow has one child every two years. Although wild hogs are usually solitary, they can sometimes live in groups called herds.

Wild boars average a weight of 200 pounds (90kg). Their head length is approximately 10 to 12 inches (30-25 cm), and their bodies range from 20 to 30 in (50-75cm). Wild pigs have long legs, broad shoulders, and short tails. They have a thick fat layer beneath their skin.

They are very sensitive to smell, hearing, sight, and touch. These senses help them detect danger and find food. They can run up to 35 miles per hour (56 km/h) and jump distances of up to 15 feet (4 m). They have sharp teeth. They can be aggressive in defending themselves from predators.

Hunting wild hogs is hard because they are intelligent, fast, and elusive. Hunting wild hogs requires careful observation. Hunters should not shoot too quickly. The animal might escape. If hunters are too late, the animal might die before it reaches shelter.

There are many methods of hunting wild hogs. Shooting is the most popular method. This requires hunters hunting to find the animal, then waiting until it comes within range. Trapping is another option. You can trap hogs by setting traps near water supplies. Traps often include a scent lure like corn meal mixed with peanut butter. When the trap is opened, the hunter shoots a trapped pig.

Another option is snaring. The pig is caught using snaring, which uses a noose out of rope. The best time to catch a pig is during mating season.

Other methods include spearing, netting, and poisoning. Netting and spearing involve placing a net or spear through the pig's neck to stop its breathing. Poisoning is when the poison is injected into the pig's throat.

Wild hog hunters must be prepared to deal with the cold. Hunting in colder areas may require the use of snowshoes. Some hunters carry dogs to help them track the animals.
